During this precisely ‘tidally-timed’ tour, you’ll walk on the ocean floor at Hopewell Rocks, exploring intriguing flowerpots, archways and sculpted formations while learning about the forces that shaped them and the legends they inspired.
You’ll see low and high tides, both on the same day, to truly appreciate the extreme tidal range. Guests will learn about the natural, ecological and cultural history of the unique Bay of Fundy UNESCO Biosphere region. There’s so much more here than meets the eye. This tour is precisely timed with the tides. Your guaranteed stops include:
- Hopewell Rocks (guaranteed at low & high tide)

Duration: 8-9 hours, depending on the tides.

Booking Restrictions
This truly unique tour is unfortunately not suitable for everybody. Please bear these things in mind when booking:
- Max tour size of 5 people (1-7 people for private tour bookings).
- This is a very active tour. Guests must have the ability to walk at a normal to brisk pace, get in and out of van frequently throughout the day and rotate seats with other guests.
- Guests with mobility concerns should book a private tour, so we can accommodate your needs.
Pricing:
$278.26 + HST = $320 per person
Please Note: All guests must be at Hyatt Plaza 15 minutes ahead of departure time for check-in to ensure tour departs at the scheduled time. We are not able to wait for late arrivals.
